1. Information We Collect

API Key: Your Klaviyo private API key is used in-memory during the audit session only. It is transmitted securely via HTTPS and is never written to any database, log file, or persistent storage.

Email Address: If you choose to provide your email address to view the full audit report, we store it alongside your audit results.

Audit Data: We store aggregate account metrics (revenue totals, engagement rates, scores) derived from your Klaviyo account. We do not store individual customer profiles, email addresses from your lists, or email content.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: (a) generate and display your audit report, (b) notify our team of new audit leads via Slack for potential follow-up, and (c) improve the audit tool based on aggregate usage patterns.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your audit data is shared only with the Sweat Pants Agency team for the purpose of potential follow-up on your audit results. We use third-party services (Vercel for hosting, Turso for database storage, Google AI for email content analysis) that process data under their respective privacy policies.

4. Data Retention

Audit results are retained indefinitely to allow you to revisit your report. You may request deletion of your audit data at any time by contacting us.

5. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Your API key is never stored and exists only in server memory during the audit process. Database access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

6. Your Rights
